Who we are
“All India Bullion”, “AIB”, “we” and “us” mean All India Bullion, of 68, Boss Bhavan, 2nd Floor, Sheikh Memon Street, Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai 400002, Maharashtra, India. We sell gold and silver coins, bars and related pieces to customers in India, and we publish live bullion reference rates, charts and market information.
We sell physical metal for delivery or collection. We are not a trading platform, an exchange or a broker: we do not offer investment, trading, storage-on-your-behalf or buy-back contracts, and nothing on the website or in the app is an offer of one.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- We sell to customers in India, for delivery or collection in India.
- You are responsible for the mobile number and account you order from, and for keeping access to it secure.
- We may ask for your PAN or other identity documents where the law requires it, and we may decline an order until they are provided.
How an order works
- You browse on the website or in the app. Prices shown there are live and change with the market.
- You order in the app. When you ask for a price, the app shows the full breakdown before you pay: the value of the piece, packaging if chosen, delivery and insurance if delivered, and GST.
- The price is held for 5 minutes. Pay within that window and the order goes through at that price. If you do not, the order lapses and a new price applies to any new order.
- Your order is confirmed when the full amount reaches our bank account, as set out under “Payment and confirmation”.
Online orders are limited to ₹1,00,000 per order. Larger orders, and some pieces sold through our desk, are handled personally by our team on WhatsApp or by phone, on the same terms.
We may decline or cancel an order before it is confirmed if the piece is unavailable, if a price was shown in error, if we cannot verify the payment or the buyer, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
We may pause selling, for all metals or for one, when the market is unsettled or our rate feed is interrupted. Orders already paid for are not affected.
Prices, GST and invoices
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 3%. The amount you pay is rounded to the nearest rupee, and the rounding is shown on your invoice.
- A price shown on the website or on a product card is a live display price. The price that binds is the one the app shows you when you order, held for 5 minutes.
- Delivery and insurance, and premium packaging where offered, are shown as separate lines before you pay.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for every paid order and is available in the app.
Payment and confirmation
- We accept payment by UPI or bank transfer to the account shown in the app for your order.
- We do not accept cash, including cash deposited into our bank account. A cash deposit carries no identity of the payer and cannot be refunded safely; we will return it only after verifying who made it.
- Your order is confirmed only when the full amount reaches our bank account and matches your order. A screenshot or payment receipt is not confirmation.
- Pay only to the account shown in the app for your order. We will never ask you to pay a personal account or to share an OTP, PIN or password.
Late, short or unmatched payments
- If your payment reaches us after the 5 minutes window has closed, we will either honour the order at the price you were quoted, if the piece is still available, or refund the payment in full to the account it came from.
- If you pay less than the order total, the order is not confirmed until the balance is paid. If the balance is not paid, we refund what you paid.
- If we cannot match a payment to an order, we will contact you, and if we still cannot match it we will return it to the account it came from.
Cancellation
Before you pay, you do not need to do anything: an unpaid order lapses when its payment window closes.
Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled. The metal is bought for you at the price you accepted, and precious metal prices move by the minute. This does not affect your rights if a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered; see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Delivery and store pickup
We deliver across India by insured courier, usually 10–15 days after your payment is confirmed, or you can collect your order from our Zaveri Bazar counter. Some pieces are available for pickup only; the product page says so. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, a different design or weight, or because the market price has moved. If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Product descriptions
- Each piece is described by its metal, purity and weight. Weights are the nominal weight of the piece; a weight shown with “~” is approximate.
- Photographs are for illustration. The finish, colour and packaging of the piece you receive may differ slightly. The metal, purity and weight on your invoice are what you are buying.
- Hallmarking and HUID details, where they apply, are shown on the product page and on your invoice.
Rates, charts and market information
Rates, charts, city prices, analysis and articles on the website are reference information from market sources. They may be delayed, may differ from other sources and from a dealer's price, and are not an offer to buy or sell. They are not investment, tax or financial advice, or a solicitation to trade; please take advice from a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
Rates on our rate pages are not the price of a product. The price of a piece is the one shown on its product page and confirmed in the app when you order. Before relying on a reference rate to buy, sell or invest anywhere, check the price with the dealer you are dealing with.
Using the website and app
- Use the website and app lawfully and for your own purposes.
- Do not attempt to access systems or accounts that are not yours, interfere with the service, or copy, scrape or republish our rates or content without our written permission.
- We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website or app — a feature, a product, a payment option — at any time, with or without notice. Orders already paid for are honoured.

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- For an order, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- We, our founders, affiliates and staff are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or trading loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or app.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless All India Bullion, its founders, affiliates and staff against any claim, loss or cost arising from your misuse of the website or app, your breach of these terms, false information you give us, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our Grievance Officer first; most issues are resolved quickly. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when. A change takes effect when it is published here, and using the website or app after that means you accept it. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.
Before you order
Please read the product page, and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation,Shipping & Delivery and Privacy policies, before you pay. Once paid, an order cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded for a change of mind.
