Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

We currently accept orders for delivery within India only. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability and security requirements of the destination PIN code. We may contact you if an address cannot be served safely.

2. Delivery estimate

For paid, confirmed orders, our standard delivery estimate is 10–15 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The final delivery timeline may depend on address verification, payment confirmation, courier availability, security procedures, weather, public holidays and other events outside our reasonable control.

3. Order confirmation and tracking

We will confirm receipt of the order and payment using the contact details provided at checkout. Once the shipment is handed to the delivery partner, we will share tracking or delivery-status information where available. Please ensure that your delivery address, mobile number and email address are complete and correct.

4. Secure delivery

Precious-metal products may be shipped through appropriate courier or insured-delivery partners and may require delivery confirmation. The recipient may be asked to provide valid identification or a signature where the delivery partner requires it. We may not be able to leave a high-value shipment unattended, with a neighbour, or at an unsecured location.

5. At the time of delivery

Please inspect the outer package before accepting delivery. If it appears tampered with or damaged, report it to the delivery partner where possible and contact us immediately. We recommend recording an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label and product condition. For damaged or incorrect items, see our Returns & Refunds Policy; eligible claims must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

6. Failed delivery or address issues

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, refusal, failed verification or a request to redirect the parcel, delivery may be delayed. Contact us promptly so we can assess the available secure-delivery options. We will not send a shipment to a changed address without appropriate verification.
